Following a lengthy jury trial, CC&G obtained a defense verdict for a national law firm which had been sued for malpractice in connection with its conduct of litigation arising out of a dispute between founders of a start-up corporation. On the law firm’s counterclaim, the jury also awarded the law firm its unpaid legal fees.
CC&G represented a small foreign software company in an action against one of the country's largest manufacturers of computer hardware. CC&G’s client alleged that the defendant company had breached a software development agreement and committed related business torts. After extensive discovery and expert economic analysis, the case settled very favorably for CC&G’s client.
